In a generation where classical music seems to be on a downward trend, many prejudices have buried its beauty. Dying? Slow-paced? Archaic? Not cool? Expensive? Difficult? Inconvenient? Boring? All of these keywords halt the way of approaching and embracing ‘old’ music. There are too many hesitations and concerns. With My Music ID, these problems will all be solved as it is a music world within the music world. There, every musician can find their own unique Music Identification. 

Position and Tasks:

• Co-Project Manager

  • Initiating, Researching, and Planning Ideas 

  • Facilitate weekly meeting times 

  • Effectively summarize and contribute to ideas

  • Identifying deadlines, tasks and making sure they are done

  • Maintain relationship and regularly updates with stakeholders

  • Tracking Progress and setting realistic objectives

  • Coordination and communication with team members

  • Budget Management

Through leading and working on this project, I have a few insights: 

• Responsibility = taking the responsibility to make final decisions, for task completion, and meeting deadlines and expectations 

• Communication = Effective communication is so important for making Progress, a collaborative and helpful team, and general success of idea executions.

• Flexibility and Growth = changing based on the reflection of beta testers and being willing to change for a more plausible, effective idea.
